Chicago! ❤️

My exhibition "Grids and Gradients" can be seen right now at @compound yellow Chicago and is up until the 20 of August.

My process at @compoundyellow has turned out to be a mixing of colors, both by yarn dyeing and by mixing on the loom with different patterns.

Yesterday was a weaving day!

Beautiful colors where made at @compoundyellow today at my dyeing workshop. I have never taught a lesson in the heat of 34 degrees Celsius before... 😅 BUT the yarn dried quickly.. 😂

Magical afternoon in Chicago ❤️

While being an artist in residence here at @compoundyellow I am making a project based on inspiration from my surroundings and the local inputs. We are staying in the sweet lavender house, so I am of course using these two points as my inspiration.

Thank you @compoundyellow and @shaeffer.laura for doing such a great job at the opening of my exhibition "Grids and Gradients" How inspiring to meet the American audience! New inspiration and new meetings, new ways of thinking about arts and crafts.
